3 cups shredded green cabbage
1 cup shredded apple
1 carrot, finely grated (optional)
1/4-1/2 teaspoon celery seed (optional)
Black pepper to taste
*I used "Cole Slaw" bought at the store
Dressing:
2 packages of stevia powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon avocado oil (or other healthy oil)
Directions:
In a medium bowl combine all slaw ingredients.
Add all the dressing ingredients, toss well to combine.
Or in a small bowl whisk together all dressing ingredients until well blended; pour over the cabbage mixture; toss well to combine.
Refrigerate for 2 hours or more before serving
