Dandelion Leaves Salad






Ingredients:

8 ounces (8 cups) dandelion leaves

For Sauce:
1 tablespoon liquid Aminos (natural soy sauce alternative)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
2 teaspoons agave nectar
1 teaspoon Korean red chili pepper powder
1 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoons sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

Directions:

Wash dandelion leaves well and drain in a colander.
Cut about 2 inches long then place in a mixing bowl.





Make sauce by mixing all ingredients together, pour on top of the leaves and toss well in the mixing bowl right before serving.



Serve with warm rice!
